Group to TEAM Leadership Solutions is dedicated to "building a culture of TEAM" within organizations. We help our clients identify and develop a unique TEAM culture. A powerful difference that we teach is that TEAM is not a destination; it is an experience. This principle also holds true for an organization’s culture.  Culture can be hard to define, but it is quite clearly experienced by the employees.  When a company culture organizes around shared interest (TEAM) the culture extends beyond the internal experience and gets transmitted to the customers in a positive, powerful and profitable way.  A team oriented culture has a profound effect on employee satisfaction, repeat sales, customer retention, innovation, profits, and business-to-business relationships.

Group to TEAM Leadership Solutions core premise is that EVERYTHING you do, say, think or feel in relationship to other people organizes your experience into GROUP or TEAM.

You only have 2 options. GROUP or TEAM. 

Great teams can achieve extraordinary results when each individual takes responsibility for generating and building a culture of team.  Participants in our programs witness the difference between acting as a group of individuals motivated by separate self interest, versus operating as a team fueled by shared vision and mutual interest.  This shared vision shifts the culture of an organization as each employee discovers their distinct role in creating and generating the team experience. Participants become acutely aware that everything they do, say or think is either propelling the organization further into "group" or generating more team.  

Whether choices, attitudes and behavior are viewed through the lens of GROUP or through the lens of TEAM has a profound effect:

Our program works because it operates at the level of the individual and creates a shift at the level of culture.  When a person declares that team is what they want more of, than everything that the person does, says, or even thinks, is either aligned with their intention or it is not.
