PRESENTATION OVERVIEW

From Group to Team

When individuals operate from the mindset of "group," their choices organize around "self-interest."  When individuals operate from the mindset of "team", they organize their choices around a "shared interest."  Group is the default when people come together, while TEAM needs to be earned.

When you bring Group to TEAM into your practices, employees will experience the co-creative nature of team. Our live training invites individuals to participate in the process of developing a team orientation within their practices and within the larger organization.

This program inspires individuals to take personal responsibility for generating TEAM. Contact Susan from Group to TEAM Leadership Solutions Inc. today to schedule a complimentary Group to TEAM assessment.

Susan Leahy MA CSP is a certified speaking professional with more than 15 years of speaking experience. She brings practical, real-world knowledge to the stage. She is the co-founder of Group to TEAM Leadership Solutions Inc. a training and consulting organization that supports clients to build a powerful culture of TEAM. She is the creator of America's number one Robert's Rules of Order training site and has personally spoken to and trained thousands of board members across the US and Canada on how to use Robert's Rules of Order as a TEAM building tool to get more work done. She makes this otherwise dull subject relevant and even fun and entertaining. She is also the woman behind The Confident Woman Program, an online training program that was born out of her desire to support women to give themselves greater permission to lead. Susan is high energy, and her presentation style is interactive, fun yet practical and relevant.

Susan’s introduction to Robert’s Rules of Order was one of the most meaningful workshops I’ve ever had the pleasure of participating in. Her mastery of the subject matter was only second to her engaging, substantive, and thought-provoking presentation. I thought she was joking when she promised to make Robert’s Rules personal to me — she was not. I was blown away and would recommend this workshop to anybody who wants to better understand and relate to Robert’s Rules of Order as a tool to build better more high functioning TEAMs.
